ASSOCIATIONS DIRECT:

Don't have a property manager??? - not enough units for a manager??? - not a problem - we will work directly with your board and the homeowner...

 

SELLERS:

No matter how minor it may appear to you don't wait for any water indications to become an "inspection issue" - at that point it becomes problematic for a potential "buyer" - would you buy a house with a wet basement??? - it's a "plus" return on investment...
